I purchased a freshwater lobster (red crayfish) from the pet store a while back and it laid eggs. I had to set up my 10 gallon quick so i could transfer her to her own tank to hatch the babies in private. After the babies were hatched and independent of the mother, i moved her back to the 20 gallon. About 3 weeks later i moved the babies to my 29 gallon Cichlid tank.
