This occured in september 2009 when the mexican army took in custody one drugs cartels memebers and they was taken that criminal to the military jail in juarez, Nuevo Leon , near monterrey , when two police vehicles (1 car, 1 pick up) stoped the army´s convoy to try to rescue the drugs cartel member from the army custody , when the soldiers in the pick up that was bihind got down and in that moment one corrupt police was shot in his leg by a soldier because the corrupt police was trying to scape. the other police in the car was captured by some soldier and the other was taken to the hospital and later to the jail. the drugs cartel member was taken to the military jail.
