      Amendments 1, 4 and 7 are as good as gone from the Bill of Rights.

      Freedom of speech: any goverment agent has the right to deny you the freedom of speech as of few months ago.

      Right of search and seizure regulated: No longer valid, they are allowed to search your house or belongings without a warrant now.

      Right to a trial by jury: is no more. They can now indefinitely detain you with giving you an attorney.

  • LOL That guy was saying Cuba works. YA RIGHT. My friends spanish mom just got back from cuba vising family and she got to see the real cuba, the peasant farms and real peasants. Peasants live in small apartment buildings that have only ONE electrical outlet that 30+ people have to share. All property is owned by the state she has a friend who "owns" a ranch there and every few years castro officials come to take his raised pigs & such. Sounds real free and successful.
