Crazy Russian Scientist at Work: a land, sea & air vehicle called the "Evolution" designed by Alexander Begak in Pyatigorsk, Russia.

Based on a paraglider, the aircraft gets off the ground, I am just unsure if it will stay aloft for very long and have any real commercial success. Watch what happens near the end of this video.
