This is a 6 month window of time from March to September in 2009. Note the self-erector crane removal at 2:00 after more than a year on site. All breaks and non-working time were edited out and the result is non-stop activity on the exterior envelope. Most people who watch this focus so much on the activity on the ground that they miss the gold roofs being installed above.
