Accidents like this is why I'll never use an active retention holster.
This also serves as a perfect example for why you should never practice with live ammo in your home. EVER.

Im guessing this guy never paid any attention to any gun safety literature.
Loaded weapon idiot owner, baggy shirt that could get caught when taking the gun out the holster and discharge it (seeing as this dickhead likes to have a live round cocked) possibly not down but horizontally and take someone out.
He needs to hand in his Gun licence, car licence, and be forbidden from voting .... possibly only handed plastic cutlery too.
