High speed chase ends with suspect jumping from moving vehicle

A police chase that began in Sturgis crossed back and forth between Indiana and Michigan before finally ending in rural St. Joseph County.

Sturgis Police say it began along M-66 when an undercover drug officer noticed a driver with what investigators say is an ingredient to make meth. When police tried to stop him, he ran.

During the chase the suspect blew past oncoming cars, wove between lanes and ran through stop signs like they weren't even there. The entire chase was caught on video by a dashboard camera on a Sturgis Police car.
