I will upload once it hits the news; my feeling is that it will go to trial by Jury because no Magistrate will have the ball's to make a decision on a Commonwealth Act. This is the only county in the world that a person can be charged with child abuse for uploading a Russian circus family training there children. God bless Task Force Argos. This case was just mentioned on our local news as one of the most ridiculous charges ever to be taken in front of a court, a man convicted of uploading a video of a Russian circus family teaching their children, just the fact that it has been on Australian TV makes a joke of the whole thing. Civil action will follow, trust me.
