French Foreign Legion - 13th DBLE
The 13th Foreign Legion Demi-Brigade (French: 13e Demi-Brigade de Légion Étrangère, 13e DBLE) is an infantry demi-brigade in the French Foreign Legion. It is the only permanent demi-brigade in the French Army.
From 1962 to the present, the 13 DBLE duty station has been Djibouti in the Horn of Africa. The unit is a battlegroup and comprises 800 men, of whom 320 are permanent party
