For the first time since the deadly shooting rampage in Grand Rapids, dash cam video has been released showing police in a wild pursuit of the suspect.

Rodrick Shonte Dantzler was responsible for what many are calling the worst mass murder in Grand Rapids history.

In July Dantzler tore through the city, killing seven people before taking his own life.

His victims included two ex-girlfriends and five members of their family.

In the dash cam video you can hear Dantzler firing shots at police as they chase his white SUV. At one point police even ram his vehicle in an effort to stop him.

Dantzler ended up crashing his car on I-96 and taking hostages into a nearby home. After several hour of negotiations with authorities Dantzler turned the gun on himself.
