House Bomb Up Close in Ramadi, IQ
Part of channel(s): Iraq (current event)In early 2006, we were sent out to cordon off an area known as Tamim (tameem, ta'mim) in order to set up a COP(Combat Out Post). We were on our tanks, set up on all four corners of this neighborhood. The grunts moved through the neighborhood clearing houses and came upon this one. It was packed with mortars, rpgs, grenades, RPK's...you name it, it was there lol
Our LT got a hold of EOD. They came out 1 million years later ;) and rigged the house with C4. This was the end result...Explosion is at :40.
