Car in middle of road, People gather around, Guys start hitting car, car trys to leave with people still attacking it, 1 person ends up run over.
Action starts @ 20 seconds, About 15 seconds after that the REAL action begins.
I don't speak french so french speakers please update. I saw this uploaded on youtube recently and NEVER saw it anywhere else (YET!)
