Yeah that's a great idea! Someone should get a cam and drive around to every construction site here in Nevada filming potential illegals to make a video for you to gawk at.
25.7% of our growing 2,643,085 population are Persons of Hispanic or Latino origin, percent, 2008. Now figure what % are day labors or simply illegally employed. It might possibly be around the percentage this video states. Now imagine trying to film this small % without appearing to be racial profiling.

Not all unions. Maybe the retail workers union or the janitors union. Possibly teachers union or nurses union.
I know that the construction unions, like electricians, steelworkers, pipefitters, boilermakers, carpenters, insulators, laborers, masons, steamfitters, sprinklers, nearly all need at least 4 to 5 years training (during apprenticeship) and qualification (also need drug card, OSHA card and certs in your field of training).
