Guy said his four acre farm was constitutionally proetcted and he would rather die than giving up the property at the price he didn't think was fair and legal. He used loudspeaker to give warings to the eviction team which was over 100 people strong before he fired live ammo. The eviction people retreated and the local govt negotiated with him for a new deal.
