In the video, the worker is in the process of exiting the fountain when he falls flat on his face several times and sinks beneath the emerald-tinted water.

If you're going to fall in green water on St. Patrick's Day, better that you do it at the White House, it's easier to get out of than, say, the Chicago River, drunk.
