This clip was "recorded by a student", no further info. I think it's from that arms depot fire and explosion in Ulyanovsk, Russia last November.

Haven't seen it before, I particularly enjoyed the cameramans reaction to the shockwave at 20 sec mark and since nice explosions are always popular in LL, uploaded it now.
