It's the just about the most accurate way to do it at least now. The absolute most accurate way is to drop paratroopers in on the target. But then it's like sticking your dick in a hornet's nest - and how do you extract when word gets out that there's enemy soldiers on the ground nearby? War is a bitch. That's if you call this "war."
