Dash-cam video of a heroic rescue of a man from an overturned vehicle engulfed in flames.

Town and Country Cpl. Chris Moore was the first to arrive at the scene of the accident off Mason Road June 24. Moore successfully pulled the driver, who was stuck under the steering column, to safety.

A second officer arrived shortly afterward to assist. Moore was recognized this week by the city's mayor with a Meritorious Service Citation for his quick response to the incident.
