fascinating and I could believe this is a possibility for scholarly discussion. However, this is clearly an example of avoiding Gender segregation. Therefore it is a stupid idea. The problem is not enough gender segregation... he has a point and lots of knowledge but discussing that it clearly avoiding the real problem.
It's like going to the doctors when your bleeding to death...you need to go to the hospital.
