Terry Goddard, the Arizona Attorney General, wants to be Governor. Jan Brewer speaks of beheaded bodies in the desert, but they both know about a burned body on this side of the border. And the victim in Maricopa County who's body was literally burned to ashes against every law both religious and man made suffered that violation because of money, and, political ramifications for former Governor and former AG, Janet Napolitano. Goddard may have a serious problem living in the land of perhaps the biggest political looser of all time next to Nixon, John McCain, because Goddard is now hiding a dirty "murderous" secret that involves the both of them as well as Jan Brewer and Janet Napolitano.

Broken Government in Arizona perhaps stretches far into media control aspects as is obvious with Brewer now cited for yanking political ads from KPHO TV because they are probing into financial gains for chummy pals of Brewers profiting from the SB 1070 law and locking up illegal immigrants but on this one, azjusticenews.org has scoop on how the Arizona Republic Newspaper has been helping Brewer and Goddard both hide from their headless efforts to silence this story. Not by luck or journalistic diligence but more by giving the pundits enough rope to hang themselves as both Goddard and Brewer are showing the world they are best at ignoring public responsibility and the truth while seeking high offices of public trust.

Both Brewer and Goddard pose a serious danger to the public, both a threat to public trust and safety. Politics in Arizona is the prime example to the world of how desperate the corrupt political machine becomes and how "headless" the Brewers and Goddards are when it comes to any accountability or truth telling at all.

Why do these politically challenged candidates refuse to speak to the truth, because they are neck deep in culpability of Federal Laws that require them to seek criminal prosecution of any persons giving false statements and worse burning bodies in order to try and escape prosecution for commiting health care crimes.

All of what is exposed here relates to just such a case where a woman was cremated against her Baha'i religious laws, and, both Goddard and Brewer are guilty of keeping silent in order to prevent a Federal Criminal investigation. They do it because there is lots of money flying around in Maricopa County that comes from abusing people in the probate court system.

One night last February, (2009) Goddard appeared at a City Council meeting in Peoria to take away a plaque from the City for bringing a lawsuit to stop housing developments next to Luke Air Base. Afterward he was made available to the media and azjusticenews was there.

What Goddard left behind may be what brings him into Federal Court as a defendant along side many Maricopa County officials, Judges and several other attorneys who were recently served lawsuits for racketeering and other charges. Maricopa County Arizona appears to be rapidly earning title as the stand out corruption mecca in the United States.

It was the usual sort of mutual admiration society political back scratching session between Peoria Mayor Barret and Goddard that has people forever wondering what these elected officials in Arizona actually do besides gather to tell each other how wonderful they are.

His appearance was insignificant with respect to conducting any official business, Goddard was more or less there to brag about "just doing our job" as he is quoted, along with “we all in Arizona have an obligation to follow State law” and amazingly suggesting that to be “an astonishing concept.”

Often it is said that for a politician to do the right thing it is political suicide, Goddard clearly has slit his throat because he has done nothing now for nearly two years about blatant abuses of power and several Felony Crimes committed by public employees, police and contractors.

Marjon Rostami a new Arizona Republic reporter, was present that evening when the City Council got a "call to the public presentation" from victim’s to the City’s abuse of power, corrupt police officers under city attorney Steven Kemp's alleged dictatorship.

The paper did not run that story or that of Ginee Karr even though the victims met later with Rostami for several hours at her request. Apparently, the newspaper essentially must have tied her hands as azjusticenews learned in a later call with her boss. So much for freedom of the press and the media "watchdog responsibility" in Arizona where corruption rules. Rostami soon ran a story about Krispy Kreme Donuts, apparently more important than violent police abuse.

The presentation to the Council included still pictures because the city prevented the public speaker from showing video from a lap top. The outright assault, ambush and attack on him and his girlfriend April 18, 2008 relates to Maricopa County’s corruption ring of lawyers, Judges and Fiduciaries who abuse their powers through the County Probate and Mental Health Court.

Along with contractor Magellan Health Services of Arizona, Inc. Arizona's Broken Government and the City of Peoria was caught red handed, without legal authority (confirmed by Karen Westover, Court Deputy Administrator) attempting to throw dissenters of such corruption into the County’s Mental Health System and it has been going on for years. The victims set up a protest sign display in their front yard on Arizona's lack of investigation into the "suspicious death" circumstances Goddard admitted to and supporting Hillary Clinton for President.

With a 1.5 Billion Dollar contract and a performance record far worse than Toyota, Magellan in Maricopa County is clearly demonstrating to be Arizona's run away and high paid government goon squad. Aparently, according to sworn testimony of Magellan employee Norman Sartor, the Peoria Police were incapable of doing their own police work and without authority or justifiable reason, Sartor and another Magellan goon, Matthew Fisher got involved against Federal Laws. McCain's home turf and supporting Clinton also had something to do with it you can bet on that.

After the City Council meeting, when Goddard was “made available to the media” Rostami, and Anne Hilby, Goddard’s press secretary, stood by when our azjusticenews.org reporter grabbed Goddard’s attention. It turned out to be quite a discussion, for the record, and "caught on tape." Hilby has since been replaced, details on her leaving Goddards office are unclear and Goddards new press secretary has failed to return calls.

What Goddard heard that night he may have, in fact, already known about for quite some time. What he perhaps didn’t realize or notice till this damage now was more recently published, was that the azjusticenews.org reporter appeared with witnesses and his voice recorder rolling, was a victim of the April 18, 2008 ambush attack and assault by the Peoria Police and Magellan Health Services of Arizona, and, also Ginee Karr’s son.

Ginee Karr was “Systemically Murdered” in Arizona back in 2003 suspiciously after named as a party and a chief witness to a Federal Lawsuit against Peoria, Janet Napolitano, a host of others including former Peoria Mayor Keegan, Kemp and naming the primary offender, Officer John Naehrbass and which was soon to reveal misprision and malfeasance on the part of John McCain and a host of lawyers in a conspired effort to shut the Karr's up.

Why? Because they could prove influencing clemency by virtually every level of government over a domestic violence situation right up into Napolitano's office (as AG and later as Governor)and endangering of a woman and her 4 and 5 year old girls, who happened to be a State Employee working in the Department of Revenue. Peoria's then Justice of the Peace Lex Anderson was center to the domestic violence cover up.

In comparison to what is happening to Governor Paterson in NY right now, the case the Karr's got retaliated against for bringing to light in Arizona concerning that domestic violence case wherein Juan Perez had aparently tried to kill the woman prior, shows that from Napolitano on down, Arizona's corruption is forever excused by even successors like Goddard.

What just got exposed in the Patterson case now has him declaring he will not (and likely could not) seek re-election, and may lead to what will have him resign, but in Arizona, a far worse influencing of court process on a domestic violence case gets ignored in the media trying to protect political images instead of protecting human life and has Napolitano with specific knowledge on all of it move up to Governor in Arizona and now rubbing elbows with our President.

In this sense Arizona is intentionally blinded to the truth as is the actual state of our homeland security and as we all know, largely and nearly forever late and resistant to recognition of and protection of civil rights. Arizona is one of the last ever States in the Union to even recognize Martin Luther King Day. The "cowboy good boy and girl networks" in Arizona need to be exposed and prosecuted by Obama's Department of Justice desperately. Sadly, that "good old boy and girl" network includes current risks to the public safety and trust among the highest level elected offices, especially that of Terry Goddard, Arizona's Attorney General.



Virginia Mae Vivian Karr (her real name) and her son David were a bit ahead of their time as necessitated whistle blowers but spot on the mark to the corruption and racketeering we see surfacing now in politics and our courts involving crooked lawyers and judges alike especially in Maricopa County. Goddard, and Arizona's political "hoi polloi" such as McCain, are likely quaking as world and National news events parallel the history of what azjusticenews.org is showing has been the standard and not the exception in Arizona for a least a decade. The trends are National, however, this small news agency provides the example essential to examine so we can effect proper reform. Its documented proof that has the pundits nervous now, very nervous.

“We believe Obama is a two term president despite his exasperation at the crummy part of the job being yelled at and harassed each day but he is the boss so he should just get tougher and clear out the obstructing whiners and weasels, they have enough dirt on them to be given that bath in my opinion and we need to do that without hesitation"

"Its pleasing to see him publicly put McCain in place and not unkindly, the election is over, Obama got my vote and because we needed a leader who will clean house realizing that housecleaning is essential now and just let the talking heads who keep saying nothing roll off the chopping block. That goes for both parties and corporate America, just go after the rotten apples spoiling the whole bunch and we, the people, will be strong again.” Seems logical, and integral.

The Arizona AG has been sitting on a powder keg for just over a year now that just might blow his pipe dreams of becoming Governor to bits. For the State's highest prosecutor he is sure to struggle on the other side of being questioned on “what he knew and when" especially while also running for Governor, that is if he somehow can now sprint backwards a full year and explain his direction.

Arizona’s probate and mental health Judges are sitting in the hot seat so squarely, their pants may as well be on fire. Several self serving “not so do gooder” lawyers, fiduciaries, and Judges have been caught red handed committing elder abuse and racketeering for example in a new case that left an 88 year old woman penniless and homeless. They don't hesitate to take human life either, these lawyers and judges in Maricopa County belong in jail and whatever "hope" for America Obama "hopes" to deliver now should get right on top of this factual truth if there is to be any real hope for any of us. What does the Federal Government want us to call this criminal conduct, a purse snatching bail out for lawyers and judges?

It is a sick reality in America that abusing the most vulnerable people, stealing their money, and even killing them for profit has become big business blessed by Judges hiding in robes. No wonder planes fly into our buildings.

We show our ignorance when the Government tries to hide the statement of the man right here on our own soil who did just that and went to this extreme last week. it was out there and downloaded millions of times before an effort to remove it was made. That goes against our declaration of freedom and identifies the propensity to do too little too late.

In actuality, one would expect CNN to deny any effort to quash what it published originally as main stream media is boarding now on blatant censorship demonstrations. That is very sad but in the sense of "Napolitano's agenda" to hide from the truth "everything went as it was supposed to" in the censorship of Stack's statement by homeland security.

He also spoke to this form of people being killed in Hospitals we refer to as "systemic murder" in his six page note but of course the main stream media ignored that part of his statement before doing its poor not so magic performance trying to make it disappear. We do not condone Mr. Stack's choice to use violence to make his point, however, seeking to stifle its intrinsic purpose no matter how alarming his method prevents us from understanding further the real cause.

That is what America does now, we don't pay attention and listen when it makes a difference to do so, we have become a reactionary bunch of fools with leaders who cause that by trying to claim "everything worked like it was supposed to" when the complete opposite is true. Then the media just follows along with any agenda instead of letting the natural outrage such as was genuine concerning Napolitano when she made such erroneous or ignorant statement about the Christmas Bomber.

No wonder people can't think straight any more either, our leadership can't speak straight to us and has not for some time except maybe Obama, he shoots from the hip but his aim is just a little off at the moment. He will get tougher and more on target quickly, we are confident, for he must at this point and the sooner the U. S. Department of Justice takes action where it should, the sooner we will be on the right track, and, the less of it we will see surface.

It would do us well to consider we can not do much about earthquakes across the world but render aid, however, we can do much about the ethical earthquake shaking the very foundations of The United States, so lets have another look at that truth.



And then, because the City Council (actually city attorney Kemp) prevented the public from showing the footage from the laptop, lets have a closer look from our own camera at a public meeting, something the people have a right to do except when Arizona's corrupt officials like the Arizona Supreme Court Justice staff decide to usurp that right as well as you will see later. For now, lets zero in even closer...



In Arizona no one pays attention, so Judges and lawyers racket away at taking all they can from seniors and any one with any cash to be had if any one makes a noise about it they abuse that power to lock them away, medicate them and will go so far as kill people in hospitals if they pose a threat to exposing the truth. Its sick and may be one big reason other cultures judge us as evil, in this sense we are and it won't change until we admit that.

What is missing is the prosecution of those acts of treason Judges do complacently and daily. In place of being integral Judges they give themselves immunity, take retirement, and we pay them for the rest of their lives for largely destroying our national integrity. If our courts were respectable as they should be we would have greater harmony in every area our social concerns.

Sad as that treason in our courts truth is, Ginee was killed, systemically murdered, after turning to McCain for help about when he decided to make a run for president and needed to maintain his Senate seat. For McCain, the game and the election are over, so may be his career and legacy, as it goes in politics he may best be suited to become a life long prisoner of political war noting Ginee as a severe casualty because you don't represent people when you ignore their plight.

When people end up "suspiciously dead" and by circumstance of unexpected death and there is no autopsy, the body is cremated against religious beliefs and against every element of law, well one would expect the Attorney General to be outraged but he hides instead. Questions of malpractice, foul play or both must be comprehensively resolved. While all this went on with Ginee Karr, the Terri Schiavo case in Florida played out.

Where was Arizona's Governor Napolitano in comparison to Jeb Bush in Florida. Probably doing hand springs in joy that Ginee would be eliminated before Ginee could make issue of Napolitano's influence in the Perez domestic violence case of 2000 because as we see now with the Paterson matter in N.Y., Napolitano's political and moral liabilities are serious career ending truths she never expected to be exposed but here they are Janet, catching up to you.

A dead body in an unexpected death in Arizona, by law, is to be immediately put in custody of the county Sheriff, in this case Joe Arpio, it is Joe's public responsibility and duty to deliver that body to the County Coroner for an autopsy. Ginee's body, like evidence Joe did not want to surface, was violently burned against her Baha'i Religious Beliefs.

So where is Joe Arpio on this now? Too busy beeing investigated by the Feds we suppose or maybe stalking paranoid Superior Court Chief Justice Barbara Mundell, who knows, our calls and reporting to the "Federal Arpio Hotline" in December have yet to be returned.

Arpio's boys report on the golf cart incident that brought Ginee to Boswell Hospital in Sun City October 21, 2003 suggests "minor scrapes and bruises" but testimony of witnesses not on the MCSO report state "she was screaming in the street I have broken bones," and, Arpio's boys make no mention of the vehicle that ran her onto the curb tossing her 10 feet out of her golf car that "fled the scene in a while car" according to those witness statements or anything about the fact that one witness recognized the driver of that car that fled.

It all supports what Karr has been saying about "systemic murder" from the start and because it starts with letters to McCain on verifiable corruption, Peoria Police retaliation for the making issue of the Perez Domestic Violence endangerment violations of both the Police and Napolitano, McCains own silence and lack of "straight talk" is obviously shocking. McCain directed Ginee, in writing, on Federal Police Abuse and false reporting, to then Mayor Keegan. Keegan just announced he is stepping down now as Lex Anderson's successor as Peoria's Justice of the Peace.

Clearly, McCain's standard of subverting and ignoring the truth, nitpicking on the President and delusional like late realization that he lost the election and becoming his own laughing stock in public shows he has for some time forgotten how to do the work for the people as an Arizona Senator. It is also no wonder or surprise that Maricopa County's 1.5 Billion Dollar paid goons under guise of being Magellan Care givers would use a supposedly charitable food bag as bait to try and lock David Karr away before he got this true factual story out.

In Arizona changing office obviously means and excuse for leaving your responsibilities behind in the trash apparently, for Goddard as well as it was the pattern with Janet Napolitano when moving on first to Governor from being former AG and then on to Washington leaving Arizona in complete disrepair. Now for Janet, things are far from "going as they should" for her career wise as the bad taste and demonstration of her disqualifications in December are being compounded here now, but hey, in the name of National Security, the people need to know, these are facts.

When the Attorney General himself states: "that's very suspicious" and further suggests "we will have to determine who will investigate this" and then does nothing about it for a full year, it is not appropriate to even consider promoting the man to the position of Governor nor for him to consider running for the office or from the truth as will catch up to him now in whatever hot seat he wishes to sit.

Our officials have a sworn duty to serve the public but an attitude, in Goddard's case, that they represent the State such as he says regarding "I represent The Supreme Court" as if it is proper for him to be the criminal defense lawyer for all State entities that engage in corrupt activities.

That is nonsensical, a man in his position should and of course does know that his duty is to the people first and that public corruption, any public corruption, belongs in the hands of the Federal Department of Justice and not several months or years after he is made aware of it, more like within minutes or a couple days at the most.

Arizona law requires the "physical abuse," the mere allegation of it that Mr. Karr and Ms. Stone experienced on April 18, 2008 to be so reported within such time frames, but again "following state law in Arizona for Goddard being one of all of us is an amazing concept" using his own words. What is amazing is that Goddard expects he could become Governor living on the side of history he has chosen now to use our President Obama's words.

If Goddard were capable of following his own words in saying "we all have a duty to follow State law" and, "it's an astonishing concept" he would have turned over to the Feds right away the 10 police officers and Magellan's employees for their Federal Criminal Conduct and Civil Rights Violations a year ago at least. The truth is Goddard has know about all of it and even Ginee Karr well before and since he first took office.

Maybe McCain is not for any real health care changes because he might loose power to eliminate people who get in the way of his political interests as if there are any left for him. Maybe Obama did Arizona a huge favor pulling Janet out but we won't feel much comfort in Arizona until Janet and Johnny are both retired from positions that pose direct threats and serious public dangers.

If we are to sit around and allow the ignorance, ineptness and malfeasance of elected officials to end up killing us as it did Ginee, then indeed "everything is going as it should be" in America and that "yes we can change" belief energy we so urgently need to have and manifest a year ago is headed in entirely the wrong direction.

If one watches closely to the meeting Goddard went to in Peoria las February they will also notice for example, one Peoria City Council Member has no clue who Goddard is, even after his grandstand about doing his job, let alone what his job is or what his duties are. This is how badly Broken Government is in America on all levels, our absoloute ignorance is killing us. The woman is also the Vice Mayor at the time so what does that tell us about the Peter Principal?

It’s a big profitable racket in Arizona called the Probate and Mental Health system that provides us perhaps the best understanding of how deftly vile American greed actually is, how it does prey on the most vulnerable and how something this unconcionable should be seen for what it is in comparison to bank executive Bonuses.

Another Arizona Republic reporter, Laurie Roberts, has been covering this aspect from one angle since last fall, about the 88 year old Marie Long and others being grossly abused and financially raped in Maricopa County. However, those who met with the Arizona Republic about the Ginee Karr Case, involving those same lawyers and same Judges were ignored.

The victims of the April 18, 2009 attacks in Peoria are collateral casualties severely damaged in Arizona's corruption combat but like Marie Long, they lived to tell, and sue which they will if Goddard proves not wise enough to settle, maybe resign and let the story and truth be told, people in Maricopa County will continue to suffer and be eliminated by a system that promotes murder for profit and calls it legal process.

Government and Media are Broken in the USA, consider that is factually old news. Still the same, it is no excuse to not report what goes on particularly when doing so could have avoided the very damage that came to Marie Long as a result. It is not as bad as, it is far worse than a "ponzi scheme" it is a Judicial, legal and political "patsy scheme" when such leaders a Goddard do nothing about it and the public is forced to sue in Federal Court on charges of racketeering.

The Arizona Republic and the Arizona Bar is equally or morally responsible for causing such damage, they ignored the veracity of Ginee’s and her son's complaints about even the lawyers they paid to help them that financially raped their clients for cash, helped the system conceal the truth and therefore enabling her demise and furthering the sufferance of seniors like Ginee, Marie Long and their families.

How does a woman worth Over a Million Dollars Cash 3 years ago end up homeless and broke in the United States and the Federal Government not know of it or act on it, and, how does Ginee Karr end up dead, an unexpected death with no autopsy and then her body cremated against her religious beliefs without the Federal Government interveniening? It's easy, just have it all happen in Maricopa County, Arizona under the noses of Joe Arpio, Andrew Thomas, Terry Goddard and Janet Napolitano.

A Lawyer, Mr. Theut in Arizona keeps showing up in case after case, including Ginee Karrs case, (and Marie Long's case) standing there in a courtroom claiming he has been court appointed as some incapacitated persons attorney. It is as if Theut dropes out of the sky appointed by god. No paperwork or proceedings or any verifiable means for any such appointments are ever produced. "It's an amazing in concept" Mr. Goddard so what say you... ah, nothing.

Seems about everyone Theut (and his side kick brother) represent with some unidentifiable devin appointment end up broke and then dead unless someone cries foul then they end up dead first, their relatives in the Maricopa County funny farms and all the Judges, lawyers and fiducaties enriched and following in suit with Napolitano in suggesting "every thing went like it is supposed to" as they run off to the bake with peoples estates.

Then two more crafty pettafoggers come along, Peter Williams and Suzanna Goldman, they saw to it that Ginee be dead and they tried to put her son away for life, that part backfired now and for several years he watched, waited , recorded and sure enough they keept at their dirty deeds. But it is bigger than just that, all this racketeering goes on not behind the backs of Goddard and the likes, it happens right in front of them and now the world know it.

The Probate and Mental Health Abuse rackett in Maricopa County is cluttering up the Federal District Court in Phoenix now with all these players but where is the D.O.J.? Where is the FBI and why are they not acting on these matters where lawyers claim to have appointments and court documents that must be forged, where are they when police tell residents they are coming back to break their door down but they have no authority to do that?

Where is Napolitano when Homeland Terror strikes from her own initial malfeasance? She is hiding in Washington, saying... "everything is fine," well is it? Ask if everything is fine to Marie Long, ask Clair Dipardo (her mother Gloria is being systemically eliminated right now) ask Larry in California who had his mother killed at Boswell Hospital too because we can't ask Ginee Karr whats really going on or Mr. Stark either, but we could have.

Many are victims of that probate and mental health racket and worse such as having ten Peoria Police Officers attacking, assaulting and ambushing them at their home for persistence in pressing the issues and same pattern of conduct victimizing Marie Long as well as protesting John McCain with yard signage and displays, a right this Nation should promote and can not supress without contradiction of its very foundation, but the evidence in Ginee Karr’s case reaches right up to Ruth McGregor, former Arizona Supreme Court Justice.



Curiously, McGregor got quit (or got retired) shortly after a youtube video was published about the fact that when the attack victims went to hear the Arizona fiduciary licensing board report findings about the complaint against Jane Geisler, the murderer for hire, in December of 2008, they were accosted, cornered and threatened by Cari Gershick claiming she was going to "confiscate their camera and cell phones" when they were merely recording an open public meeting in the basement of the Supreme Court Building.



For Goddard, it’s all a lawyers worst nightmare because of the evidence surfacing that exposes his knowledge about these things well after he could have and should have acted on it. For a lawyer who happens to be Attorney General, and wants to become Governor in the next election, its as if he wrote himself right into a public horror film that can only end in political suicide.

The choice to postpone its publication was intentional so as to wait long enough to provide the American and Arizona public opportunity to see clearly the pattern in American politics similar to the "Peter Principal" wherein our elected officials rise to the level of their own ignorance and incompetence just as did occur when Napolitano went from AG to Governor before Goddard stepped in.

The evidence shows a pattern and also what Goddard knew and when, and, further evidence suggests Goddard was playing coy that evening and either hoped no one would notice or was simply not telling the truth back when he too wrote to Ginee with one of his standard "blow off letters" back when she was living as did also McCain. The paper trail shows that run around is standard and accountability, honest answers and public responsibility in Arizona does not exist.

The volital aspect is that for decades in these United States the unparticipating non voting public has, by evasiveness in large part, permitted the corrupt players like Goddard, through these acts of nonfeasance (not doing the elected job) to rise in the ranks and continue to deteriorate our democracy and public trust.

It is the small minority of self interested voters that have taken advantage of Americas overall disinterest, apathy and complacancy by continuiously putting in office the most influenced and recognizable figures basically by default of the non voting unregistered population. Escalated distrust in Government and out of control corruption is the end result on top of Corporate and Political control for self interest. We have the chance now in the next 3 years to fix that.

Obamma made a dent and good start to "change" away from this decline and was elected by the rise to register of many black people in America as well as those whites who joined the cause on basis of digust with their government breaking down and candidly put racial divides aside for one campaign and one election so far.

What we need to do is recognize this as a coming together and let the GOP "clan" go about hanging themselves and grow the melting pot non racial family of what America should and can be now that still has the courge to support the president knowing that indeed "yes we can."

The time has come for us to document the truth and hand it to our leader so that "yes he can" sweep this Nation clean of the cheaters and the liars and those seeking to silence the disent that got us interested in a leader we can hope with in the first place. Much of our ills will heal once we remove the innefective players from office and open the door for replacement and therefore rapid and lasting reform.

That will contribute to the change we have all asked for. It is not something we can sit back and wait for to happen or stand back and blame our leader for not doing, it is a task we must make happen as the team that elected our leader.

That is what our President meant when he said electing him was not "the change" it is the "opportunity to change." If we do not support him in that and show him where the changes are most needed now, it will not happen.

Obama asked us who elected him to help so get busy identifying the bad apples and get them out, they are rotting our Nation.

It is simple on any ballot to check "no" to "re-elect" for every judge seated and just send the signal that we want fairness and balance, equal justice and due process back. So what if those doing well have to skip a term, if they are woth their salt they will mentor others and earn their positions back, they make enough to go on furlough.

Not so curiously, Goddard's press secretary, Hilby, mysteriously left her position at about the same time the disclosed evidence of Goddard's knowledge of Arizona's Probate, Mental Health System and Ginee Karr's "very suspicious" death appeared on youtube. Enough was already out there and he already knew but now its offical mafeasance, misconduct and negligence in public office. The sort of facts that make it important to address if one expects to become Governor.

Hilby handed the victims her card that evening, stated and assured she would look into all of this and get back to the victims but of course she never did. Goddard is quoted in the recording as saying “that’s very suspicious” with reference to Ginee Karr’s death and “we’ll have to figure out who will investigate it” but when a man so blatantly discrepant needs to keep Arizona Government Broken enough to become Governor, he can hardly afford to investigate a murder linked to John McCain now can he? Whos interest is that in? His, the people or John McCain.

What goes on in Americas Probate, Mental Health and all courts from the Justice Courts on misdemeanor crimes to death row is largely treason with regard to how Judges ignore our rights. Forget the Patriot Act our fundamental truth is that the foundation of our system is so invalid now that we justify the so called "evil" perceptions of thousands of year old cultures that therefore consider us a hypocritical threat to their entitled beliefs.

That is not Un-American, that is the basis of knowing that we now have a "declaration of dependance" to a social slavery of thinking that contradicts our founding fathers hard work. It is not Washington's job to fix that because we know that institution is individually incapable of that task which is how we got to this point.

It is our job, the people for the people, to pick a leader and then support them by more than just choosing better in elections to come. We have a criminal problem in our courts and it is not those charged with minor crimes compared to the crimes committed by the Judges and Lawyers who are commiting treasonious acts. Treason is the highest crime in this land and our greatness will not be restored until we put those criminals away and send the true message of our ethical commitment around the world.

As a "for the people" news agency should and actually must do to avoid the same charges Goddard will be facing in "misprision," azjusticenews.org has alerted the United States Attorney in Arizona and The U.S. Marshals office but no word back yet. They took great risk and put ethics and truth above their careers and the comfort of job security. Immediately, they became "women of the year" on the cover of a magazing that may have until then only recognized "man of the year" as a standard. They reached an amazing height with just one act of choosing to do the right thing.

However long a person on the public dole is a "keeper of the trust" they must remember they are servants of the people. When we encounter those who clearly are not doing so, we have a duty to remove them, it is our only hope if we desire a system that works.

This means that if you work for the government, any government be it City, County, State or Federal you simply can not ignore wrongdoing by any other. It is not a Jurisdictional issue it is a sworn duty both civic in responsibility and moral in necessity. You do not work for the guy or gal in the cubicle down the hall or in the corner office. You work for the people, period.

When you become the reciever of information of corruption and crime, act on it or be subject to prosecution yourself, that is equal justice under law and if you do not, you are obstructing the rights of the victims and become a criminal yourself that is not worth the Government job.

And so we conclude this article with the following revelation to all americans and the media.

This is not just a true story it is an example, a road map to follow so we may find a way back to restore our ethics, that is what is destroying us a lack of ethical make up. Any one paid from tax dollars is employed by those tax payers.

This means that the public must record, document and report on it's employees to the human resource office, that is the Department of Justice when any public employees violate the law and damage Americans as a result. Violating the public trust is a disqualifying offense and most often a crime.

When Judges act without Jurisdiction it is Treason, when police act witout orders it is Criminal, when elected officials do not do their jobs it is Malfeasance, and, when any of it conceals a federal crime, it is Misprision.

When all of that goes on for a decade repeatedly and a woman such as Ginee Karr is dead as a result, it is Systemic Murder.

When main stream media is over controlled by Corporate America and Local Government Political Interests combined, they call it Broken Government. That misses the mark, we have become a system being dictated to and violated by acts of Treason, that is a more definative and accurate term, more true and far more realistically severe. The media continues to temporize the truth and that is a big part of why Government is Broken.

Until we care to handle or embrace the hard truth in the true public interest things will not change but we may get there by these efforts and this exposure of the crimes in action.

Times are changing, from two courage driven people exposing Acorn, to a girl on a train recording the Oscar Grant killing on her cell phone to a Maricopa County Deputy rifiling through a defense lawyers files in open court, the stories that make a real and rapid difference are only getting into mainstream media through the back door, youtube and the internet is showing to be the revolution that will not be televised, pay attention to it.

This final video presentation provides the last needed nail in the political coffin of Goddards dilemma. It is the reccorded call of Karen Westover, a Deputy Administrator in The Maricopa County Superior Court, also an attorney, she knows what has happened, she confirms there were NEVER any ORDERS, no WARRANTS, no LEGAL AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER, however, Ms. Westover "DID NOTHING WHATSOWESTOVER." Now is that the kind of person we want administering our system of justice, could this be why people don't trust it, and, is it any wonder why Arizona's highest lawyer just ignores his highest responsibilities and expects to move on to be Governor?
