  • I'll offer a pretty tepid defense of Progressive, not because I like the company--I don't--but because the entire industry is this way. And by "defense of Progressive," I pretty much mean that I'm going to trash on the whole industry.

  • Now their talking about putting black boxes in every new car and probably soon to be older cars as well.
    Talk about giving the insurance company's unlimited loop holes to avoid paying out.

    It could come down to the smallest infraction or detail , ruining the chance of a settlement.

  • Man, some people need to actually read before they post rants like this.

    Progressive settled the claim, for thousands more a couple weeks back.

    Secondly, it was Maryland law that caused this debacle. They had to get a court judgement against the other driver first, before the claim could be finalized.
