Six years after the Earthquake, Schools in Pok yet to be rebuilt
Muzaffarabad, January 03: Nothing much has changed on the ground .They still continue to study under the open sky.Large scale corruption has seen funds meant for reconstruction after the 2005 earth quake being siphoned off by a corrupt nexus of Pakistani bureaucrats and army officials. This has left the children of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir braving hostile weather to pursue their education in schools functioning from makeshift tents.
