Cameraman Hit By Shell Dies Filming Theft Of Syrian Army Tank
Part of channel(s): Cameraman of the 'Free Syrian Army' films the attempted theft of a tank, and is promptly hit by a shell causing him to die with the camera in his hand, cutting out the film. His final words heard on the film are "Allahu Akbar, Katibat Al-Faruq, Allahu Akbar". He was named as Khalid Al-Bakr خالد البكر and he worked as a cameraman for the various armed groups, posting their videos online. Many in the armed group were killed while he filmed this piece.
He was burried on June 10th 2012 in Al-Qusair, Homs:
