Big Waterspout over Cleveland 
This big waterspout was very close to the Cleveland Browns stadium as the Browns were playing the Buffalo Bills.
This waterspout didn't bring the Cleveland Browns any luck that day -- they lost to the Buffalo Bills to go 0-3 for the 2012 season.

it can happen anywhere there is a large body of water and the conditions are present.They are very common where I live on the Gulf Coast of Florida.I have personally seen 5 or six fairly close to each other hovering together in Mobile Bay.Perdido Bay and Escambia Bay in Florida are magnets for water spouts as well. When they finally make land they fizzle out, throwing lawn furniture,knocking down signs and generally being a pain in the ass but they are neat to see.

Cleveland Browns stadium has also been named "The Mistake by the Lake". But my favorite is still, "The Factory of Sadness"
