Cameraman shows what remains of two failed suicide bombers in the strategic city of Aden. They attempted to enter a police intelligence department in the district of Al-Mansurah but killed themselves on a motorbike, and no one else.
Yemen has been a tragedy since the Arab Spring has resulted in huge interest from powerful outside players in a highly strategic peninsula nation with some of the richest gas reserves in the world, and one of the best ports in the world (Aden- until recently the fourth in the world competing with New York and London for trade).
As the nation moved to oust the corrupt US allied president Ali Abdullah Saleh and his family from power, the US stepped in against the popular uprising to prevent the ousting of his family and government. This was achieved by the president stepping down and the US imposing immunity for him upon the Yemen, while his US allied family retain the positions in government and army to the happiness of the US.
The scandal was further cemented by a ridiculous US sponsored one horse election to elect the new US chosen dictator after Saleh:

As a result of foreign interference, the Yemen has fallen into total chaos, and the will of the people for freedom and good governance has been thwarted. This only leads to instability as shown by this desperate suicide bomber who wrongly felt he had no option but to detonate himself.
Update (April 9th, 2012): (1) Ahmad Ali, leader of Republican Guards, son of former president Saleh, has "lost his job" and been promoted to a higher position and is now Deputy to the Prime Minister for Military and Police Affairs
(2) Yahya Saleh, leader of the Central Security, nephew of the former president Saleh, has also "lost his job" and been promoted to an even more controversial position due to the power now in his hands. He is now Deputy for Political Security, the notorious Yemen intelligence.
These two figures are accused of being behind most of the campaign which killed thousands of protesters and destabilised the country. The revolution activists accuse the US ambassador to Yemen of being the man running the country, after his numerous interventions (written and verbal) in internal affairs.
Update 2: The changes to the Republican Guards and Central Security were not implemented and have now been forgotten. These two heads are among the closest US puppets in Yemen and their removal will presumably be very difficult, although they are accused of killing thousands of civilians.
