  • Steroids are kind of a trap then I guess. I mean, if you could keep the positive effects it could be done and then not done anymore. But if you gotta keep taking it, you won't want to quit. But I'm not categorically against everything that aids training. If there were weren't the drawbacks, it would be ok, right?

    They have discovered some new stuff that makes your body think it has exercised. And so, you can grow muscle without going to the gym. I wonder what drawbacks there might be to that, More..

  • I go to the gym and to practice martial arts frequently, and I get offered steroids very often, so many times that I got upset with the person who was trying to sell it to me! No way! No bloody way I'm going to use that rubbish just to gain more volume!
    My body is a temple and never, not even in my wildest dreams I want to start using that poison!

  • Good story. I know far too many people who worked out at the same gym as me who are now dead because of roid abuse. All of them younger than me. Definitely not worth it.

    If anyone's contemplating roid use. I highly recommend a book called "Death In The Locker Room"

    Good reading & informative.

  • Now he looks very healthy and self confident. That what makes people attractive.
    He also had enough integrity to analyze his own behavior and motivations, and to correct course when he found he was on the wrong track. People hate to backtrack and admit they made a mistake but here it was a life or death situation.

  • Couldnt watch the entire thing but I will say this. Had a dear friend that had separated from her husband that was using these steroids. He later broke into her/their house and shot her in the face and then himself in their youngest child's bedroom. Both died as a result. Thankfully the two children were at their grandparent's home that night. He ruined alot of lives with that cowardly act.I'd spit on him if I could.
