These types of things happen in Mexico but the media and Democrats want to keep you blind to it all. Arizona has a lot of violence and drug trafficking on the border cities but the Democrats/feds want to ignore it all for just a few more votes on election day.

He is one of the older cartel leaders back when Mexico was controlled in a civil manner. Their was killings but nothing like today. He wanted a new face so they removed a mans face and sewed it onto the cartel leaders face. The cartel leader died during surgery though, so ...the doctors were later found dead. Some say he is still alive and that the cartel leader found dead was a set up so they could stop looking for him. Who knows ..he may be dead or he may be alive.
