Drunk Guy's Own Cell Phone Used To Call Cops For His Alleged Assault.
This is sort of funny, hehee.
A tenant in the building hears a kerfuffle in the lobby and decides to whip out his camera and start recording.
Anyway, the smaller drunk guy supposedly assaulted the taller 'drunk' guy. So, the taller drunk guy subdues the smaller drunk guy, and then uses the smaller drunk guy's cell phone to call 911 on him.
The building must be a lovely place to live, hehee.
