In fact, Benz has already built two factories in China: Beijing Benz 2005 and Fujian Benz 2007, making c-class, e-class, MPV (viano, vito, sprinter)and even Benz engine. Nearly all big automobile companies have Chinese factories that why China produced more than 18 million cars a year.
