Khaled Toukan, Jordanian Minister for Scientific Research, who has been tasked with the Jordan's nuclear file, said that Jordan has had serious discussions with the key nuclear energy actors on its project to build its first nuclear power plant to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes such as electricity and desalination.
