  • Yep, start dragging government officials out of their offices by the scruff of their necks. Nothing like facing an angry mob to let corrupt officials know that the game is up.

  • The title said "a judge who refuses to operate under his oath of office"
Then the opening monologue changes that a just a bit, and says "refuses to declare whether he was operating under his oath of office"

The video then changes that further by showing an unruly mob in a courtroom.

The title of this post is deceptive, and the video is just lame.

Btw, the judge owes you no such declaration. Get over yourselves.

    • @wharris actually he does please read and understand the magna carta and the declaration of rights.
do you know who the crown is ?

    • @weadone

Just spent about 15 min searching the magna carta. The original 1215 version, the 1297 version and all since then, and all the clauses. Even the repealed ones.
      (interesting read btw)

But I saw nothing that says a judge must declare, anytime he is asked, that he is operating under his oath of office.

So, I still say the judge owes you no such declaration. Get over yourselves.

    • @wharris From what I understand. Yes, the judge has to declare that if asked in the court. If he refuses then he can't make a ruling as per his oath. Might want to check deeper into this.. Wow, whole 15 minutes and youre an expert? Seems you're the one full of themself. Pfft.

    • @EventHorizon2012 ok. let me know when a bunch of seperatists are able to charge a courthouse and abduct a judge and not all be killed. you and i will both be in our graves before that is able to happen. most judges are elected by the people. the good ones and the shitty ones alike.

  • The sound quality is horrible so I can't stand to go through it. But please try again with better quality if you can find it. I'm very interested in seeing whether these things actually work. Even if it does not, there would be hilarity in it, for the seeming absurdity to the power elite, in an almost Pythoneque way, to, sort of, "judge him when he's a judge". You'll be arresting coppers next.
