Osmayev was detained in Odessa in February. Investigators said that he
had prepared a homemade bomb to blow up Putin’s motorcade in Moscow,
when he was still the prime minister.
The news attracted attention of both journalists and human rights
activists. Until now, the case has not been fully solved. Osmayev is not
guilty and the police do not know how to deal with the situation with
dignity.
