UPDATE5: Confusing reports if it was a suicide bomb or a planted charge in the conference room.
UPDATE6: High Ranking General Hassan Turkmani reportedly killed in the same attack.
UPDATE7: The Free Syrian Army claims the bomb was remotely triggered inside the conference room.
UPDATE8: Reports of widespread clashes in the districts of Damascus.
