This was recorded August 2008 at a Vladivostok drag race venue. All participants were there to race, watch, and have fun.
Nobody thought it necessary notify city officials of the event .... meaning, ambulance, emt, firefighters, police, whatnot weren't on site.
Anyway, total write-off, but perhaps easy come, easy go, who knows.
