I just found this on my hard drive. It may not look all that serious, but it was fairly devastating to the communities involved, this doesn't happen very often up here.

It was mostly just heavy rain, with frozen ground, the water had nowhere to go. We don't have any real sharp or severe terrain in Rhode Island so luckily there was no flash flooding or extraordinarily dangerous washout. A couple old mills got messed up, a lot of localized flooding, a rural bridge or two washed out, and the Warwick Mall was subjected to 3 feet of water.
All in all, it was pretty exciting for some (me) and terrible to others.
