Why is he doing it? they ask , well i have been a customer of t-mobile myself and i can safely say it is because of their woeful customer service and due the fact that they are generally shite . T.mobile is kind of like the poundshop of mobile companies ,cheap and shit, so i really sympathise with this guy i have felt like doing the same myself many a time.
