THE PEOPLE v THE BANKS Conviction beats Eviction

Every day, all over England & Wales the international bankers are unlawfully evicting
We
the People from our homes, in what has to be one of the biggest
scandals currently facing this country. In 2011 alone at least 36,000
repossessions were executed by the banks. However, as you will see, they
do this based on a gigantic criminal scam.

On the 31st May 2012
in Potters Bar, England, the Bird Family were facing an eviction based
upon deception, threats intimidation, and ultimately by way of crime,
because if a man or woman peacefully objects to being evicted then the
bankers must use unlawful force and commit a crime if they are to take
possession. Something the have been getting away with for centuries...

So
a small group of determined people decided to stand in solidarity with
the Bird Family and resist the violence threatened against them. This
film is a testament of
what can be achieved when we stand together...

The
issue which has swept down the centuries and will have to be fought
sooner or later is...The PEOPLE vs The BANKS - Lord Acton 1875

  • Im almost always impressed with how police in the UK handle themselves. They seem to actually give a shit about the laws they enforce. They seem unbiased and ego free, unless provoked im sure. I absolutely applaud these police for checking the law that they were unsure of before making a decision. That is as rare as winning the lottery twice here in the US. I almost want to move to the UK.

    • @_I5HY_ I agree bud, it could have turned out a lot worse if he had not remained calm. I also think that Sgt Mo deserves a medal for standing on his oath, knowing his job and defining that it was a civil and not a criminal matter.

    • @Newstruth That scouse geezer is a legend, it was quite obvious he has more brains and balls than both of those bald twats put together.

I wish you all the best with your crusade against the inept, corrupt, crooked bankers who have damaged and destroyed hundreds of thousands of lives across the UK

  • Taken from another website:

In relation to the Bird family’s struggle. The video was back in May 2012, and due to the major embarrassment we caused the court, they came back for a 2nd eviction some time later, which again we attended. Unfortunately, this time they brought the heavies; High Court Enforcement Officers, who are unabashed fascists. The Police were ordered to stand down, and Sgt Mo, had been ordered not to attend. The bailiffs used excessive violence to secure entry. But however More..

  • I am immensely impressed with how civil you blokes can be. Just watching this I want to strangle someone but these fellas just carry on as if they're chatting in the park or something. Jeezus,if this same scenario went down in the US, there would be yelling, physical violence and quite possibly gunfire. Quite impressive.

  • Every American watching this knows this engagement with authorities would follow a different course in our country than what we see there in Wales. God bless Wales!

The other thing this video shows is that almost everything among humans boils down to money in a crooked game.

  • The Laws the Law and the Bailiffs did not follow the Law. The Bailiffs seemed dumb in this video and tried to use intimidation to seize the property, they were wrong. I did laugh when the Bailiffs were asked to leave the property by the police though haha

  • Brilliant work! Well done knowing your rights and standing by the law! You remained calm under pressure which is more than I can say for the bailiffs! I've even been vindicated in my belief that there are good police officers out there, they're an example to the rest.
Oh, and for those saying 'Pay your bills', the guy in the video is the beneficiary of the property, NOT the owner of the property.Slight difference. The owner is either in hospital/care home etc or has sadly passed away.

  • Dumb ass Europeans. Do you notice how your entire continent is going to shit?

The banks own your home until you pay for it. They don't want to evict you. They want you to pay what you agreed to pay when you bought your house. Banks lose money on foreclosures.

Pay your fucking bills and stop thinking the world owes you something. The world doesn't owe you shit. The only thing you get out of life is what you put into it.

    • @Big Chuck At least someone with sense. If these people really didn't have payed the costs of land to the bank, then they don't own the land. It's simple. And probably this terms are on the contract that the guy signed.
But if this is just a scam of the banks trying to kick out people that have paid their houses, it's completely wrong and similar to a communist/fascist state.

    • @Big Chuck No, you missed the issue at hand here. The matter was still being settled in one court (the one dealing with the estate of someone who apparently passed on, an event which likely caused the loan to go into default, even though the tenants living there were likely still paying rent to whomever's name was on the mortgage, until they died anyway), while another court (the one concerned with the matter of the loan contract) wanted to press ahead.

    • @grok In the US we have similar things going on, including the matter of who actually owns the loans that were transferred under the MERS system, something which was completely illegal, and which caused multiple parties to think that they owned the same property. The banks caused the problem in those cases and must eat the loss. Most people don't even know about MERS.

      Posted Feb-17-2013 By

    • @grok the fact that you were confused about it shows just how opaque these arrangements can be, even to law enforcement -- the bailiff in this case clearly thought he was in the right. As the protagonist said, they're all probably good people, but like most conflict, the issue is rooted in misunderstanding. Of course, the banks know what's going on and are just heartless and greedy. LIBOR anyone? How can anyone defend the investment banks after it was shown that they pulled the biggest scam More..

  • So my house got foreclosed on because the economy was horrible and I got laid off (not because I'm some dead beat who doesn't want to work). I paid a lawyer to fight the case in court for me, while the bank tried to kick me out repeatedly. Case went to court for a 3rd time the bank didn't have the proper paper work proving it was there property, the case got thrown out. I then sued the bank for harassing me and making me move.. I got my house back mortgage free.. BOOM!
