Buffalo Fire Department - Warehouse Fire

Buffalo Firefighters responded early on the morning of September 3rd at 2:15 for a report of a warehouse fire on Leslie St. Engine 31 went on location with rubbish burning in the rear of a warehouse. B-43 reported the fire took off and the warehouse heavily involved in fire. B-56 ordered defensive operations and requested an additional 2 & 1 (E23, E28, L4) to the scene and special called an additional bucket truck (L7) to the scene. Engine 31 reported a structure on fire on Colorado Ave with collapse and B-56 requested 2 & 1 (E3, E35, L15) to that scene. An additional Engine (33) was requested for water supply. Engine 35 was also requested to the scene to assist with hose pick up. The fire was under control in 2 hours 48 minutes.
